Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Visual Designer with a strong background in visual and user experience design. As the Lead Visual Designer, you will lead visual design efforts and ensure a seamless, delightful user experience across multiple platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and guide the design process from concept to execution.

Responsibilities :

1. Lead the creative and visual design strategy, ensuring consistency and high quality across all digital platforms and products.
2. Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define design requirements, goals, and user needs.
3. Extend existing brand identity systems into new visual concepts and digital experiences through strategic thinking.
4. Conduct user research and gather insights to inform visual design, ensuring a user-centered approach.
5. Conceptualize visual aesthetics using mood boards, style tiles, etc.
6. Use imagery to communicate experience-driven concepts and solutions as compelling stories.
7. Utilize visual systems and taxonomies to improve user experience and product usability.
8. Create visually stunning and intuitive designs, including UI, layouts, icons, typography, and graphics, aligned with brand guidelines.
9. Develop and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and pattern libraries for consistency and scalability.
10. Prototype and create interactive mockups for user feedback and iterative improvements.
11. Produce interaction flows and UI deliverables like wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, and flow diagrams.
12. Participate in user research and usability testing activities.
13. Collaborate with visual designers, providing guidance and support for professional growth.
14. Work with front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation of visual designs and smooth interactions.
15. Participate in the full design and development cycle to deliver innovative user-centered solutions.
16. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging tools, and technologies to enhance design processes.
17. Advocate for user-centered design principles and promote a design-thinking culture within the organization.
