Position Summary
This is a POOL position. Application materials for this adjunct non-teaching position accepted on an on-going basis due to increasing demand within this subject area.
Job Summary:
Reference librarians provide library instruction and reference assistance to community college students.
Essential Functions include but not limited to:
- Collection development
- LibGuides
- Online chat reference
- Circulation assistance
- Other related library projects as needed.
Minimal Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree or the equivalent from an ALA-accredited institution in one of the following qualifying fields:
- Library Science
- Information Science
