Striv Designs is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join our growing team in Columbus, OH! If you’re passionate about hospitality interiors, thrive in creative collaboration, and have a strong grasp of both design and operational functionality—this is your next move.
&##At Striv, we design inspiring spaces that connect people to experiences. From full hotel renovations to boutique commercial spaces, our work blends hospitality, lifestyle, and purpose-driven design.
&##Lead multiple hospitality projects from concept through installation
Prepare design presentations and procurement packages
Mentor junior designers and oversee quality control
Maintain knowledge of major brand standards (Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, etc.)
Participate in site visits and installation oversight
&##6+ years of interior design experience in hospitality
~ Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture (CIDA-accredited preferred)
~ Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite
~ Strong communication and project management skills
~ Familiarity with SketchUp and Enscape (a plus)
~ Willingness to travel as needed
