The Senior Value by Design Facilitator is responsible for overseeing and leading activities within one or two departments or a subsection within a business unit. This role involves establishing and achieving strategic objectives, supporting department directors and managers, overseeing budgets, directing standards of practice and process improvements, managing staffing, and formulating policies and procedures. #LI-JS1 Qualifications
Required Experience/Specialized Skills:
Bachelor's degree 5 years of progressive management and/or leadership experience At least three years of lean management engineering experience Understanding of lean management tools, transformation, process redesign, change management, and continuous quality improvement methodologies Experience leading work teams with strong facilitation and communication skills Ability to conduct and interpret quantitative and qualitative analyses Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio Preferred Experience/Education/Course(s)/Training/Specialized Skills:
Master's degree Experience in a multi-facility healthcare system Certification from the Association for Manufacturing Excellence, American Society for Quality, or equivalent Additional Details
