Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 Salary/year
Description
JOB TITLE: Graphic Designer & Communications Specialist
The Graphic Designer & Communications Specialist will be responsible for creating graphics and brand elements used in traditional media (direct mail, print advertising, printed sales materials) and digital media (web, email, social media).

Essential Responsibilities
- Create and implement marketing and advertising campaigns
- Design email campaigns and newsletters for internal and external communications
- Develop and maintain email marketing lists for different segments
- Assist in strategy and tactical planning for social media channels
- Develop and maintain sales support tools including point of purchase displays
- Produce and edit catalog pages as requested by sales
- Organize materials logically and accessibly
- Develop new design concepts, graphics, and advertising materials
- Determine size and arrangement of illustrative materials
- Print and present layout samples for approval
- Conceptualize, design, and execute digital assets across channels (social, web, email, ads)
- Collaborate with the CX team on creative assets for initiatives
- Manage and update digital assets as needed
- Create and develop marketing-support emails in collaboration with the CX team
- Assist the CX team with related projects
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or equivalent experience
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Proven proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, or other graphic design software
Knowledge of social platform restrictions and limitations related to design.
