Description
This is an expansive role that will manage resources relating to the protection of personnel and creative assets within the production environment. We ensure all Apple TV+ policies and procedures are implemented as required to support the creation, production and launch of video programming on a global scale. Our team works directly with team members and executives across multiple internal and external entities. This position resides in Culver City, California, and will require up to 50% travel (international and domestic); longer periods as necessitated by production schedules and locations.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in a physical security role with a developed level of security knowledge.
- BA preferred
- Experience in incident management, reporting, response and mitigation.
- Proficiency in risk assessments and assessing physical security posture of facilities/locations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Physical Security experience in television/film production. Background in working at a network or studio.
- Experience assessing/auditing for confidentiality and security of the pre-production creative process. On-location production security experience is strongly preferred.
- Ability to design sustainable protection strategies based on site-specific variables.
- Strong data and project management skills with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with different business units and third parties.
- Have the ability to creatively adapt security/secrecy practices and design security plans to achieve the business’ creative vision.
- Effective and successful leading multiple projects at a time.
- The highest levels of integrity and attention to detail.
- Innate ability to bring creative solutions to complex situations with awareness for second and third order effects.
- Excellent at cultivating and maintaining internal and external professional relationships, to stay abreast of industry standards and evolution.
Compensation and Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $120,500 and $181,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
