Job Description: Production/Broadcast Engineer

Immediate need for a talented Production/Broadcast Engineer. This is a 06+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential located in Stamford, CT (Hybrid). Please review the job description below and contact us ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range

$55.00/hr - $65.00/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Perform system-level troubleshooting of technical facilities, including control rooms, studio equipment, audio equipment, and associated computer systems.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on studio and control room equipment.
• Assist Studio Operations with technical setup in control rooms and studios.
• Collaborate with production and operations teams to implement technical solutions that meet production needs.
• Install and update equipment and systems software.
• Repair and troubleshoot equipment to the module level using industry-standard test equipment.
• Manage projects, design systems, and assist with system integration and commissioning.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience

• Strong broadcast engineering experience, including EVS, Broadcasting, AVID, Sony cameras, switchers, and large routing systems.
• Experience working with professional cameras, transmission groups, systems engineers, and post-production.
• Knowledge of core routing and related systems.

Work Schedule

4 working days: 10-hour shifts, Wednesday to Saturday or Sunday to Wednesday.

Shift timings: 8 to 6 or 9 to 7, subject to change.
