Description This position is for a highly skilled and experienced consultant to join our team and drive the successful design, development, implementation, and optimization of Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio solutions both internally and for our clients. The Consultant will work with diverse clients ranging from small and medium-sized enterprises to Fortune 100 firms. Working in a team environment with internal and client stakeholders, the consultant will develop, analyze, and optimize Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio solutions. Engagements are usually longer in duration, allowing the consultant to oversee the implementation of their solution recommendations. Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and objectives. Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio. Provide expert guidance and best practices for leveraging these tools to enhance business processes. Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to ensure effective adoption and utilization of the solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the implementation and use of Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio. Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio and incorporate them into client solutions. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions with other systems and platforms. Qualifications
Undergraduate Degree in a technical field with two years of professional experience, or a Graduate Degree, or equivalent experience/education. Strong skills in presentation, word processing, and spreadsheet applications. Proven success in analysis-driven problem solving. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information. Experience as a consultant or in a similar role, focusing on Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio. Ability to facilitate stakeholder feedback and align Copilot capabilities with organizational goals. Ability to assess business and technology processes to identify AI and Copilot integration opportunities. Experience in developing use cases and user stories that deliver client benefits. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Experience conducting training sessions and workshops. Experience with integrating data sources and ensuring data quality and security in Copilot implementations. Travel Requirements
Remote work with up to 25% travel to clients and in-office presence as needed. Additional Details
