Location: Las Vegas, NV (Warehouse-Based, with potential on-site event support) |Pay Range: $16.50/hr - $24.45/hr (Based on experience & qualifications)

What You'll Be Doing
As a Quality Control Technician - Video 1, you'll play a key role in ensuring our video equipment is show-ready, safe, and up to spec for every production.
Equipment Inspection - Review, clean, and assess AV gear for functionality and visual condition
Cosmetic Repairs - Replace labels, perform light case fixes, and ensure gear presentation meets LMG standards
Order Fulfillment - Review show orders and verify gear lists are complete and accurate
Pre-Show Testing - Assist in system rack builds and simulate event setups to ensure proper equipment operation
Inventory Maintenance - Keep warehouse organized, barcoded, and optimized for efficient equipment access
Truck Loading - Help stage and load gear for secure, balanced transport to venues
What We're Looking For
Detail-focused, organized, and proactive
Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on mindset
Experience with video or AV gear (or eager to learn!)
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with physical tasks
Prior experience in event production or logistics is a plus
