Overview
The Fallsburg Library is seeking a Part Time Library Clerk.
We are looking for someone with excellent computer skills, who readily learns software, has good communication skills and works well with the public.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Maintaining and updating the bimonthly newsletter, website, flyers and monthly calendar.
- Assist patrons with troubleshooting issues on cell phones, tablets or laptops.
- Provide tech support to patrons for public computers and printers.
- Perform all jobs related to the library circulation system, KOHA, to support the main library staff as needed.
- Set up and break down for all events and programs at the library
- Assist in maintaining, setting up and taking down A/V and computer equipment.
The work schedule will be flexible with up to 20hrs per week. Nights and weekends will be required.
Previous experience is helpful.
Hourly wage will be based on experience.
