We’re looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to lead design efforts and create beautiful, user-friendly digital experiences in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities Lead and mentor a design team. Design user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes using Figma . Document design behaviors and developer handoff requirements in Zeplin . Work closely with management, marketing, and engineering teams. Extract requirements and present designs to stakeholders. Rapidly iterate on designs based on feedback. Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively. Skills & Experience Required: 2+ years of UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio. Mastery of Figma (using text/color variables, components, auto-layout). Strong visual design skills, including typography, spacing, and hierarchy. Ability to document design behaviors and collaborate with developers. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Preferred: Experience working with software development teams. Strong presentation skills for stakeholders and executives. Experience with Webflow, and/or Adobe Suite.
