This position involves supporting the repair and maintenance of Canon Broadcast TV lenses and accessories at our Costa Mesa, CA facility. Responsibilities include performing on-site or in-house repairs, providing technical support, and assisting customers and dealers. The role requires working full-time during standard hours, with travel expected up to 25% or more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine customer support activities, including wiring and cabling
• Install, maintain, repair, and calibrate equipment as per company guidelines
• Serve as a technical support contact for customers and dealers
• Assist with training and provide technical advice
• Inspect, diagnose, and repair lenses and related products
• Maintain service records and organize the work area

Qualifications:

• General education or vocational training with little to no experience required
• Basic knowledge of electromechanical equipment and electrical tools
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs
• Minimum six months experience in electro-mechanical repair or testing
• Working knowledge of computers, networking, and technical websites
• Positive attitude and good customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
