Restore Hyper Wellness The nation’s leading retail provider of alternative health and wellness therapies is seeking a Lead Nurse for its studio in Eugene. This role offers an opportunity to work in a positive, wellness-focused environment, providing proactive therapies to support recovery, longevity, and health optimization. With over 260 five-star reviews on Google, we are the premier high-end wellness studio in the Eugene/Springfield area. We are looking for an outgoing, experienced Lead Nurse to join our team of wellness professionals dedicated to helping people feel better and do more of what they love. Want to proactively help clients achieve and maintain wellness goals. This is a full-time position. Our studio offers a collaborative, comfortable setting that contrasts traditional medical environments, focusing on innovative wellness services. This is your chance to lead a team of nurses and support clients on their health and wellness journeys. What you will receive: Base salary of $45 per hour Monthly and annual bonus opportunities Complimentary and discounted wellness services Vacation time Health benefits stipend Responsibilities include: Hiring, training, and managing a team of nurses. Communicating policy updates and liaising between the PLLC, corporate team, and Eugene location. Managing nursing operations, processes, and procedures. Budgeting, setting medical revenue goals, ordering supplies, and conducting chart audits. Promoting and consulting clients on IV Drips, intramuscular injections, and hyperbaric oxygen therapies. Administering IV, IM, and hyperbaric sessions. Using blood tests to optimize client wellness. Managing medical supplies and inventory. Documenting client visits electronically. Supporting staff with store services. Participating in community outreach and special events. Conducting nurse development and staff 1:1s. Leading initiatives for revenue growth and medical business expansion. Collaborating on personalized wellness plans with Wellness Eductors. Qualifications: Licensed Registered Nurse (RN). At least two years of acute care nursing experience, with care plan development experience. Minimum one year administering injections. BLS certification. Leadership and management skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. Prioritizes safety and client experience. Comfortable in a sales environment. Excellent IV skills.
