Job Title: Senior Java Web Developer Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Web Developer with at least 6+ years of experience. This is a remote work position. The Senior Java Web Developer will support web and API-based software solutions for clients. Responsibilities include designing, developing, testing, and implementing these solutions. Job Requirements: Collaborate with application specialists to support enterprise applications Develop and test REST web services using HTTPS-based web applications; familiarity with SOAP UI and Postman is required Translate business requirements into code, adhering to development and documentation standards Write backend and frontend code for web applications Resolve defects promptly based on SLAs Assess and triage issues based on priority and urgency Escalate issues to management when necessary Manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines Participate in cross-training and knowledge sharing Learn new applications and technologies quickly Promote teamwork and effective communication, fostering positive relationships Deliver defect-free, industry-compliant solutions Analyze application upgrades released by vendors Key Responsibilities: Analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong client focus Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Team player with self-awareness Sound decision-making skills with consulting ability High attention to detail and quality-driven Ability to work independently Perform essential job functions safely and in compliance with standards Sedentary work involving sitting most of the time, with occasional movement Repetitive computer tasks using mouse, keyboard, and monitor Minimum of 7 years of experience in programming, analysis, or related roles Proficiency with Java, AngularJS, Spring Framework, Spring Security, Hibernate, Maven, Bootstrap, Oracle, JBoss, GitLab, SQL Developer/Toad, JIRA, Cruise Control, and Eclipse Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science highly preferred Job Benefits: Competitive salary range of $115K to $135K, based on experience and education #J-18808-Ljbffr
