We’re looking for an experienced Senior Analyst in Power BI Data Analytics and Visualization to support our data visualization efforts. You will develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enable data-driven decisions. You will work closely with the Senior Director, Workforce Management Optimization & Quality Assurance, to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of visualizations. Responsibilities
Data Visualization and Reporting:
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards that communicate complex data clearly and effectively. Data Analysis:
Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities, collaborating with data engineering teams to optimize data models. Quality Assurance:
Conduct quality checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity, establishing visualization best practices. Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on visualization trends and implement innovative techniques to enhance capabilities. Additional duties as assigned. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s preferred. At least 5 years of experience in business or computer sciences. Minimum 3 years of experience with Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and custom visuals. Strong SQL and Excel skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Experience with other visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) and programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is a plus. Note: The position follows a schedule of three in-office days per week (Tue-Thu) with remote work flexibility. What You Can Expect
