Key job responsibilities
You will be hands on, working alongside a talented team of like-minded designers, and have a strong understanding of visual systems and best practices, including layout, color palette, typography, iconography and illustrations. You are at ease visualizing an experience in the abstract, building consensus, and then driving that vision into concise design deliverables. As a tastemaker and visual storyteller, you will advocate for design excellence and help create meaningful, emotional connection between customers and our products.
About the team
The Selling Partner UX team is responsible for designing the major experiences and connection points throughout the Amazon seller journey. We simplify the information architecture, own cross-cutting experiences, and focus on key seller journey points enabling their businesses to be successful. We envision a world where every Selling Partner (SP), regardless of their size, business maturity, sophistication level, or ability, is able to achieve their business outcomes.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of design experience
- Have an available online portfolio
- Experience art directing motion designers, illustrators, writers and content creators
- Experience partnering with technical partners for design implementation
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of marketing fundamentals and ability to implement them to create dynamic advertising solutions
- Knowledge of typographic and brand design principles

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $127,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $210,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
