Basic Functions:
- Retain and grow relationships with key accounts in the insurance agents and brokers vertical.
- Recruit key partnered insurance agent and broker accounts.
- Onboard and train key partnered relationships the Paul Davis way.
- Represent Paul Davis at chambers and associations, participating in committees.
- Coordinate meetings, lunches, and presentations to foster relationships.
- Make face-to-face visits on an 8-week rotation with agents.
- Support and assist the Relationship Development Team.
- Schedule and facilitate continuing education courses for insurance professionals.
- Communicate ongoing projects to key accounts.
- Take on additional responsibilities over time based on performance and initiative.
- Adapt functions as the role evolves.
Basic Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, especially in marketing or entrepreneurship.
- Experience in marketing and customer service.
- Highly organized with good prioritization skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Dependable transportation.
- Smartphone.
- Appropriate attire.
- Outgoing personality.

Primary Duties:
- Maintain lasting relationships with key accounts to generate new revenue.
- Work with the Relationship Development Team for positive client experiences.
- Grow agent and broker accounts based on previous sales.
- Set expectations with insurance partners.
- Recruit new accounts aligned with company values.
- Build and execute win/win relationships.
- Teach, train, and onboard accounts.
- Enhance brand presence through involvement in associations and boards.
- Manage RMS and Salesforce software.
- Develop and follow sales budgets.
Secondary Duties:
- Maintain a strong field presence and handle administrative tasks.
- Participate in events and relationship-building activities.
- Handle complaints professionally.
- Provide feedback on field observations.
- Build community relationships and brand awareness.
- Plan and schedule continuing education courses.
- Utilize time management principles effectively.
- Attend all company events and meetings.
- Share calendar with supervisor and adhere to policies.
High-Level Responsibilities:
- Participate in emergency services when needed.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in company social events and goal reviews.
Hours and Compensation:
This is a full-time position with some evening activities. Hours vary and may require travel within a couple of hours of the home office. Compensation is evaluated annually, with opportunities for promotion and increased responsibility.
Physical Requirements:
- Lift 50 pounds and carry at least 20 feet.
- Climb two flights of stairs with 30 pounds.
- Traverse water, fire, and smoke-damaged flooring.
