We’re seeking a driven professional with expertise in fundraising operations, with exposure to the full grant life cycle, from prospecting and writing to reporting and compliance—along with strong communication, and administrative skills. Reporting to the Chief Advancement Officer, this position offers cross-functional collaboration, close partnership with the Accounting Grant Manager, and direct exposure to the C-suite. Responsibilities: Lead full-cycle grant writing and management—from prospecting to reporting Develop compelling proposals, budgets, and reports in coordination with Program and Finance teams Support fundraising campaigns, events, and corporate giving initiatives Manage a donor portfolio and build strong relationships with foundations, corporations, and government partners Track deliverables, ensure compliance, and meet all grant/reporting deadlines Collaborate across departments to align strategies and maximize donor engagement Contribute to overall revenue goals and fund development plans Qualifications: 5+ years in fundraising, grant writing, or nonprofit development Proven success securing institutional funding (corporate, foundation, government) Excellent writing, storytelling, and presentation skills Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration experience Proficiency with donor CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Raiser’s Edge) and MS Office Strategic, organized, and passionate about children advocacy Bachelor’s degree required; CFRE is a plus Seniority level
