POSITION OVERVIEW

FASTSIGNS of Bloomington is seeking an enthusiastic customer advocate to be the key point of contact for our customers.

Benefits include Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, a 401K program, plus 6 paid holidays and Paid Time Off. Store hours are 8:30 - 5:30 M-F — No Weekends!

Compensation starts with a base salary between $19 and $21/hr, plus a monthly team bonus based on sales performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative, you will be the initial contact with current and prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center. You will interact with customers via email, telephone, in-person, and at their place of business. Your goal is to build long-lasting relationships by converting prospects into customers and then into long-term clients.

Our ideal candidate is outgoing, responsive, eager to learn, and capable of building relationships. Excellent listening skills, documentation, and organization are highly valued. You will learn to prepare estimates, implement work orders, and ensure timely delivery of orders. You will participate in daily team meetings, execute business and marketing plans, and contribute to the success of the FASTSIGNS Center.
