Position Overview
Medline's Enterprise Low Code Team (CoE) is seeking an experienced Senior Front-End UI Developer to design and implement sophisticated web interfaces using Microsoft's Power Platform, with a focus on Power Pages. The ideal candidate will bring strong front-end development expertise to create intuitive, high-performance digital experiences that solve complex business challenges and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop responsive, user-centric web interfaces using Power Pages.
- Create and implement custom UI components using JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS.
- Develop and integrate React/Angular components to enhance Power Pages functionality.
- Implement complex client-side business logic and form validation.
- Design and consume RESTful APIs to connect front-end applications with back-end systems.
- Ensure web security best practices are implemented across all solutions.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective front-end solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers.
- Document technical specifications and maintain solution documentation.
- 4+ years of front-end UI development experience.
- Advanced expertise in JavaScript & jQuery.
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, & iframes.
- Experience with React and/or Angular frameworks.
- Knowledge & experience in C#.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Pages.
- Experience with RESTful API integration and custom connector development.
- Knowledge of web security best practices (authentication, authorization, CSRF protection).
- Experience with responsive design and mobile-first approaches.
- Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions.
- Knowledge of version control systems (Git, Azure DevOps).
- Experience in debugging UI and JavaScript across various devices and browsers, with expertise in using debugging techniques.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality code.
- Collaborative approach to solution development.
- Ability to mentor and develop team members.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Knowledge of Dataverse data modeling.
- Experience with Liquid templates in Power Pages.
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
- Experience with SASS/LESS CSS preprocessors.
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for web applications.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- DevOps & ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) practices.

The Anticipated Salary Range For This Position
$110,240.00 - $165,360.00 Annual
The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
