Learning & Development Content Creator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Learning & Development Content Creator. In this role, you will support our Learning & Development team in designing, developing, and producing engaging and visually compelling multimedia training materials for an audience of adult learners.
How You’ll Contribute To Our Mission
- Develop storyboards and PowerPoint presentations to visualize training content for an adult learner audience
- Utilize AI audio tools to generate voiceovers for instructional materials
- Create and produce training videos using Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
- Design quiz questions and supporting written content to reinforce learning objectives
- Collaborate with L&D team to refine and improve training materials
- Ensure consistency in branding and instructional design best practices
Your Background/expertise/abilities
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, etc.)
- Ability to conceptualize and translate written scripts into engaging multimedia content
- Interest in AI-generated audio and video content creation
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work within specified guidelines with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Practical training, coursework, or experience in content creation, instructional design, or multimedia production strongly preferred
- Creative or technical writing ability
- Familiarity with AI tools, such as ChatGPT
- Experience using screen capture software such as Camtasia to produce tutorials
- Experience training, coaching, mentoring, or instructing others
