StretchLab is seeking an experienced Fitness Studio Sales Manager to oversee sales and operations at our new studio in San Jose, California. Founded in 2015 in Venice, California, StretchLab is a leader in one-on-one assisted stretching, with a team of certified experts in physical therapy, chiropractic, yoga, Pilates, and more. We currently have nearly 80 locations nationwide, with plans for expansion.
Position
The Wellness Sales Studio Manager will be primarily responsible for driving studio sales and memberships, with 70-80% focus on sales and 20-30% on staff management and studio operations.
Requirements
- 2+ years of fitness or membership sales experience preferred
- Proven ability to generate personal sales and train sales staff
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with studio owner
- Manage and drive revenue streams including memberships and retail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptability to a fast-changing environment
- Passion for fitness and health
- Strong writing, organizational, and data management skills
- Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
- Proficiency with computers and studio management software
Responsibilities
- Lead generation through marketing and networking
- Implement sales processes to convert prospects
- Drive memberships via sales and business development
- Coordinate with vendors and manage inventory
- Supervise sales staff and flexologists
- Use ClubReady for revenue and attendance reports
- Handle customer service and billing
- Maintain studio cleanliness and organization
- Enforce policies and procedures
- Manage marketing campaigns and community events
- Perform other duties as assigned
