Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and energetic Public Relations Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Public Relations Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our PR strategies and initiatives, engaging with various media outlets, and assisting in the development of impactful press materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and distribution of press releases and media alerts
- Support the planning and execution of PR events and campaigns
- Manage and update media lists to ensure accurate and timely outreach
- Monitor media coverage and compile reports on PR activities
- Research and analyze trends in public relations and communication strategies
- Draft and proofread content for newsletters, social media, and the company website
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing practices
