Your effort and expertise are crucial to the success and execution of this impactful mission that is critical in ensuring mission success through Target Analyst Reporters, Collection Managers, Collection Targeting and Compliance Managers, Analytic Editors, SIGINT Geospatial Analysts and Threat Analysts by improving, protecting, and defending our Nation's Security.

Job Responsibilities

Prepare synthesized products for customers by researching, analyzing, and reporting intelligence via appropriate reporting vehicles, in response to mission requirements. Prioritize, assess, evaluate, and report information obtained from various sources for use or decision by Government personnel. Maintain awareness of internal and external customer needs. Collaborate with collectors and analysts to refine collection and reporting requirements. Share target-related information and provide feedback to customers as appropriate. Issue appropriate products which relay developments, trends, indications, warnings, and/or situational awareness regarding specific targets, as well as countermeasures and courses of action, if applicable. Help develop databases or working aids on target activity to build target knowledge and improve collection. Perform pre-release quality control functions.

Capabilities of the Target Analyst Reporter

• Ability to research, analyze, and report intelligence.
• Experience with SIGINT reporting and collection.
• Knowledge of agency-specific tools and methodologies.
• Strong critical thinking and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated experience in areas related to the mission (e.g., collection, cyber, intelligence analysis) and/or drafting/editing intelligence reports.

Qualifications

Levels 1-4 specify different combinations of education and years of relevant experience. A degree in a liberal arts field is preferred but not mandatory.

• Level 1: High school diploma or GED + 6 years relevant experience, or Associate's + 4 years, or Bachelor's + 2 years.
• Level 2: High school diploma or GED + 9 years, or Associate's + 7 years, or Bachelor's + 5 years, or Master's + 3 years, or Doctoral + 2 years.
• Level 3: High school diploma or GED + 12 years, or Associate's + 10 years, or Bachelor's + 8 years, or Master's + 6 years, or Doctoral + 4 years.
• Level 4: High school diploma or GED + 15 years, or Associate's + 13 years, or Bachelor's + 11 years, or Master's + 9 years, or Doctoral + 7 years.

All levels require an active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: $50,000 - $200,000. The actual offer depends on various factors including experience, education, and competencies.
