Provide technical leadership and build high performing teams within your organization, including mentoring junior team members and providing technical support for engineers on the team. Regularly communicate with business teams and contribute to technical decisions on projects among the product. Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other disciplines to explore the next generation of shopping experiences on TikTok. Build an intuitive and reliable shopping flow experience, including browsing product details, check-out, shopping, return, refund, etc. Develop excellent shopping experiences in TikTok live-streaming and short videos, and create tools for live streamers. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline with 5 years of work experience. At least 1 year of experience managing or tech-leading a software engineering team. Proficiency in Java and/or Kotlin. Good understanding of business, technical abstraction, and system module design. Proven data analysis skills, able to identify product opportunities from technical metrics analysis. Strong team communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualification:
Experience with e-commerce or cross-timezone collaboration. Job Information
Compensation (Annual):
$224,000 - $410,000, depending on qualifications and location. Additional bonuses, stock units, and benefits are included.
