What you'll do
- Oversee all back-end operations to broadcast a high-quality live news show on platforms like YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
- Turn live shows into sharp, bite-sized content with social-native graphics optimized for each platform
- Set up our New York-based production space—advise on the best camera, lighting, and audio gear and help design the set from scratch
- Assist in booking guests for the show and manage logistics and communication with their teams
- Collaborate with the host on segment structure, show flow, and overall production strategy
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands on experience video and audio editing with a strong focus on engaging, social-first content
- Strong working knowledge of camera, lighting, and audio gear, with confidence managing complete production setups
- Experience running the back end of live streams, including real-time graphics - on major social platforms.
- Experience booking guests or booking high profile interviews
- Solid understanding of the tech industry and business news cycle
- Calm under pressure and quick on deadlines
- Strong organizational skills; a solution-oriented attitude; enthusiasm to show initiative and take charge; extraordinary creativity.
