This position of Training E-Developer is with the State of New York. They should also have extensive hands-on experience with motion graphics and animation tools, including Adobe After Effects and Maxon Cinema 4D. Additionally, experience in developing prototypes and pilot presentations using tools like Frame.io and Logic Pro X is required. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for business leaders and vice versa, are essential. Required Skills
Minimum 4 years of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including explaining technical concepts to business leaders and business concepts to IT teams. Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Captivate, Camtasia, Final Cut Pro, and Articulate Storyline 360. Hands-on experience with motion graphics and animation tools, including Adobe After Effects and Maxon Cinema 4D. Ability to develop prototypes and pilot presentations using tools like Frame.io and Logic Pro X. Experience in publishing and hosting video e-learning content on NYC Learning Management Systems.
