Job Title: Senior User Interface Designer & Frontend Developer
We are a leading retail furniture company committed to operational excellence, from our showroom to warehouse operations. This role is based at our Seffner, FL headquarters within the IT department's Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) team.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop user interfaces for internal WMS tools supporting supply chain operations.
- Create responsive, user-friendly layouts optimized for desktops, tablets, and small-screen devices used in warehouses.
- Translate business needs and workflows into wireframes and high-fidelity designs.
- Implement frontend features using modern web technologies, focusing on reusability and maintainability.
- Collaborate with backend developers and QA teams to ensure seamless UI experiences.
- Maintain and enhance internal design systems and component libraries.
- Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and usability across various devices.
- Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and technical planning.
- Report to the Manager of Business Applications Software Engineering.
Qualifications:
- Extensive portfolio demonstrating responsive applications, including internal tools or enterprise systems.
- Experience designing UIs for mobile and tablet devices.
- Understanding of performance optimization and semantic HTML.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams.
- Experience in designing tools for logistics, warehouse, or industrial systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with enterprise software environments and release cycles.
- Experience working with backend frameworks like .NET.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Experience:
- 5+ years in UI/UX design and frontend development.

- Strong multitasking, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions:
- Extended hours may be necessary.

Additional Notes: Hybrid work model (3-4 days onsite). Experience in warehouse or manufacturing environments is highly desirable.
