V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a User Experience Designer III (Remote) for our premier client.
Education and Experience "
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Human Factors Engineering, Design, Cognitive Psychology, Anthropology, Human-Computer Interaction or a related discipline.
- Proficient in working with Figma (preferred).
- Background in Human Centric Design.
- Self-Motivated to learn and take projects independently.
- Strong communication skills.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation and refinement of user personas, journey maps, and scenarios to inform design decisions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups that effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders and development teams.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills by developing effective and well-prioritized solutions using appropriate UX tools and technologies.
- Lead collaborative ideation sessions and design workshops with cross-functional teams to generate innovative solutions to user experience challenges.
- Apply design thinking methodology (empathize, define, ideate, prototype, test) to solve complex user experience challenges across client's digital platforms and services.
- Conduct usability testing and user research to validate design decisions and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Translate business requirements and user needs into intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing user interfaces that align with client's brand standards.
- Present updates, research outputs and visuals to product managers, product owners and other key stakeholders.
