Visual Design Specialist (Accenture LLP; San Francisco, CA): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Visual Design Specialist in San Francisco, CA, and the job duties are as follows:
- Lead the implementation of B2B and B2C design systems for large corporations, especially those with significant acquisitions to accommodate diverse brand requirements within the enterprise.
- Design, communicate, and sustain design system strategies, components, and documentation across platforms.
- Maintain detailed documentation and resources, ensuring accessibility and scalability.
- Execute personalized solutions and create compelling presentations and innovative prototypes for pitching and client meetings using Figma's best practices.
- Organize maintenance and scalability needs for product design, providing mentorship to empower designers in a dynamic environment.
- Advocate for inclusive design principles and accessibility standards to ensure a positive user experience for all users.
- Establish partnerships and collaborate with design teams, product managers, and engineers to ensure consistent application of design principles, address limitations and devise innovative solutions.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to understand design requirements and formulate integration strategies.
- Lead onshore and offshore teams, facilitating onboarding and continuous professional development.
