The Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society is a private, non-profit, volunteer service organization. As a Center of Excellence, it is committed to ensuring that all available resources are used to assist personnel of the Naval Service—active, retired, and their eligible family members—to achieve financial self-sufficiency and find solutions to emergency needs.
The Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society (NMCRS) San Diego is seeking creative individuals to produce content for our social media channels, including posts, visual storytelling, and videos. Proficiency in content editing is required.
We are looking for a tech-savvy individual with a strong understanding of how web and internet technology can support our non-profit goals. The ideal candidate should be creative, organized, and have excellent time management skills. As a Digital Content Creator, you will be part of the communications team, utilizing your communication skills to collaborate effectively.
Responsibilities
- High-level verbal and written communication skills in English
- Fluency in social media platforms (media management/content promotion) and digital media creation (video)
- Content strategy development
- Networking (internal and external)
