Job Description
Job Summary
The American Bible Society’s Content Development team is offering a paid, part-time internship requiring a commitment of approximately 10-16 hours per week for three students during the 2025–26 academic year. As a Scripture Content Intern, you will use your writing skills, biblical insight, and market research to create engaging, Bible-based content—such as devotionals, reading plans, blog posts, and social media campaigns—designed to connect Gen Z and Gen Alpha more deeply with Scripture.
Interns will work collaboratively as a cohort while also taking on individual assignments. Through training, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration with teams in Marketing, Research, and Ministry, you'll gain practical experience in content strategy, audience engagement, and Bible ministry both in the U.S. and globally. By the end of the program, you’ll have a professional portfolio, sharpened writing and research skills, and a renewed personal connection to the Bible.
To apply, please submit your resume and include links to your LinkedIn profile (if applicable) and your portfolio or website. Applicants should also submit portfolio samples to include written or multimedia pieces that engage with the Bible or biblical themes—such as study plans, essays, poetry, and/or fiction.
