Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to Library Staff, other Township Staff and Patrons for
  computer hardware, software, printing and peripheral devices.
• Installs, configures, supports and troubleshoots hardware, software and associated system including standalone and networked computers, servers, printers and other devices.
• Research and implement new and upgraded technology.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment
• Administer network security measures to prevent system interruptions or breaches
• Execute sensitive data backup and restoration procedures
• Document all technical procedures and user guides
• Respond to emergency assistance requests after hours remotely or in person as necessary.

​Qualifications:

• Three years of experience working in IT support or systems administration
• Degree in a related field or a combination of relevant education.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Windows 07/08/10/11 as well as Windows Server Operating systems
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Experience administering Microsoft-based networks including Active Director.
• Experience managing web servers, applications and related HTML coding
• Experience with installing, maintaining and repairing computer hardware including desktop PC's, laptops, mobile devices, printers and servers
