We are seeking a Lead Visual Designer with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Google Web Designer, Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch. Experience in the Cards & Payments domain is a plus. This hybrid role requires a creative individual who can work collaboratively to deliver visually compelling designs that align with our company's goals.

Responsibilities

1. Lead the design process from concept to completion ensuring high-quality visual output.
2. Oversee the creation of visually appealing and user-friendly designs using Google Web Designer, Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet business objectives.
4. Provide creative direction and feedback to junior designers to maintain design consistency and quality.
5. Develop and maintain design guidelines and best practices to ensure a cohesive visual identity across all platforms.
6. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve design solutions.
7. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
8. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance design quality.
9. Ensure designs are optimized for various devices and platforms, providing a seamless user experience.
10. Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design elements.
11. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
12. Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and improve designs.
13. Contribute to the overall design strategy, aligning with the company's vision and goals.

Qualifications

1. Possess strong technical skills in Google Web Designer, Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
2. Have a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
3. Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills.
4. Experience in the Cards & Payments domain is a plus.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
6. Proactive problem-solving and innovative mindset.
7. Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Salary and Benefits

The annual salary ranges from $112,000 to $132,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

This position is eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program.
