Develop and deploy multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, SMS, Push, web, etc.) Write clean, efficient, and responsive HTML/CSS code for emails and landing pages Create personalized communication experiences using scripting languages Utilize GitHub and VSCode for development, peer review, and archiving Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design technical solutions based on business requirements Identify problems proactively and develop solutions or process improvements Ensure compatibility across devices and email clients Leverage AI tools to innovate, optimize, and improve efficiency Implement advanced marketing strategies, solutions, and processes Stay updated on industry trends and share knowledge with the team Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM and other email laws Qualifications
Minimum
3+ years experience building responsive emails Experience with marketing automation platforms Proficiency in HTML/CSS and AMPScript or similar scripting languages Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Knowledge of email marketing principles and testing methodologies Understanding of email security protocols and compliance laws Strong problem-solving and communication skills Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in related field Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification Experience with JavaScript, SSJS, JSON, and technical documentation Familiarity with source control and multi-channel development Experience in Fin-Tech or related industries Benefits
