This individual is responsible for creating and executing part family IT solutions leveraging data, insights, and IT and digital tools to unlock growth, enable synergies, and create better outcomes for our customers and employees. Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities In this role, you will: Create or leverage contemporary technology solutions that enable business and enterprise outcomes, requiring leadership, coaching, coordination, and execution of part family IT projects aligned with global IT strategy. Serve as a facilitator, mentor, project manager, business analyst, and advisor to IT and business process owners during and after implementation of new solutions to ensure high-quality execution and ongoing support. Develop and lead IT vision for the part family, creating better outcomes for customers and employees. Partner and foster a culture of simplification, leveraging IT solutions to drive business value and solution entitlement. Collaborate with business process owners and stakeholders to improve or create KPI dashboards, leverage data, insights, and digital tools to unlock growth and improve customer communications and document management, focusing on speed as a differentiator. Identify and interpret data sources, manage large data sets, merge data sources, ensure consistency, create visualizations, and communicate insights in a simplified manner. Translate business needs into functional specifications, demonstrating deep understanding of domain and industry trends. Ensure successful end-to-end delivery of products, programs, or projects through client engagement, managing issues, dependencies, and communication. Partner with global teams to execute the vision, manage financials, and enable global best practices. Work as a business partner and analyst to evaluate and improve processes and implement effective IT solutions. Create innovative solutions aligned with enterprise strategy. Promote digital business and workplace solutions, simplifying for a mobile workforce. Maintain project dashboards, provide weekly status updates, and identify emerging technologies for deployment. Provide technical and project leadership, build expertise in modern tools, and adhere to project standards using Agile & FastWorks methodologies. Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness, leading onshore/offshore teams as needed. Education Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience, or an Associate’s degree with 13 years, or a High School Diploma with 15 years. Desired Experience: Knowledge of shop floor applications (MES, vouchering, etc.) Experience with interface and data conversion tools such as Oracle Fusion Middleware, Webmethods, Informatica, SOA, BackOffice, ODI Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills Ability to drive change PMP Certification Lean Six Sigma Certification or similar The base pay range is $127,900 - $170,500 - $213,200 USD annually, influenced by experience, education, and skills. The role includes an annual discretionary bonus, equity eligibility, and comprehensive benefits including health, retirement, tuition, and other perks. This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information, contingent on obtaining necessary authorization for non-U.S. persons. Additional Information
