Our work depends on Technical Editor Associate joining our team to utilize your experience with business process analysis to draw inferences from process details and link these inferences to organizational and departmental goals.
HOW THE TECHNICAL EDITOR ASSOCIATE WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
- Review usage and effectiveness of knowledge management system and knowledge articles
- Update and improve existing knowledge base(s) to enhance content, discovery, and customer satisfaction
- Create job aids and SOPs for incident and problem resolution
- Identify recurring incidents and requests for prioritization of documentation
- Support regulatory, security, and industry compliance documentation
- Coordinate document revisions for the knowledge base
- Track document activity for timeliness and efficiency
- Conduct research and technical writing/editing for new content and document maintenance
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
- BA/BS or equivalent experience (AS with 2+ years, HS/GED with 4+ years)
- Preferred: Bachelor's in English or Technical Writing
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Security Clearance: Public Trust, Secret, or Top Secret as required
- Highly organized, analytical, quick learner, creative problem solver
- Location: Hybrid in Bossier City, LA or New Orleans, LA
- Louisiana residency required

Salary range: $24.96 - $33.78 per hour, based on experience and location.
