My client is looking for an experienced project manager to join their team. They are an award-winning contractor who specialize in large scale food facilities. They operate as a fully integrated design/build contractor. : Strong pipeline through 2025DescriptionRole requires 20%-40% travel for projects.Collaborate with client's Facilities, Architectural Design, Estimating Engineers, and Construction Managers, as well as external Engineering firms and Contractors, to plan and execute major food facility construction projects.Administer, control, and manage high-profile food industry-related projects from start to finish with minimal supervision, ensuring control of costs, schedules, subcontractors, subcontract execution, purchases, construction meetings, material suppliers, and review of payment requests to establish and manage budgets.Engage with clients to meet company-set margins and quality standards.Review accuracy and process shop drawings and submittals.Direct and provide training to Assistant Project Managers as needed for assigned projects, including performance evaluation and execution.ProfileExperience working on food facility projectsAbility to work across markets nationwideExperience that allows for handling all phase of builds as a project managerPrevious client management experience preferredAbility to effectively lead and communicate with internal team and clientsJob OfferA competitive base salary between $120,000-$160,000Medical, dental, vision and supplemental benefit programs401(k) with 50% company match up to federal limitCompany sponsored life insurance and long term disability policiesPTO time (negotiable) + 8 paid holidays including your birthday1 day WFH a week when homeBonus opportunitiesMonthly vehicle allowanceCompany-paid travel expensesCompany provided cell phone or monthly cell phone allowanceMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
