This position is based in Trepp's NYC office which operates on a hybrid work schedule.
Trepp is seeking a marketing professional with 5+ years of B2B experience who would love the opportunity to work at an industry-leading firm with a renowned marketing operation. Big plus if you have Commercial Real Estate (CRE) background!
What you’ll be doing at Trepp:Working with internal research, product, and sales teams, as well as external contractors to deliver measurable campaign results across content creation, engagement, customer acquisition, and retentionCreating and managing integrated marketing campaign assetsManaging website and sales enablement contentDriving new leads, client and prospect engagement, and sales opportunities via thought leadership content, digital marketing channel management, account-based marketingManaging partnership co-marketing programs and product launches
What you should know:Demand generation best practices with experience building and strengthening successful marketing infrastructures and analytics processesAbility to synthesize complex solutions into effective and compelling marketing contentCampaign marketing and creative thinking with a focus on outreach, analytics, and revenue generationHands-on knowledge of marketing technologies (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, ZoomInfo)Social media management: Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, InstagramExceptional oral and written communication skillsFamiliarity with paid digital marketing channelsKnowledge of market research practices and techniques*Big plus if you have experience in podcast strategy, management, audio production, or advertising*
What your background and skills should look like:5+ years' experience in B2B marketingBA/BS required in fields such as Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or business-related majorsHigh proficiency in written and verbal communicationsComfortable with technology and technical subject matterExcellent project management skillsExperience leading B2B marketing and/or willingness to learn commercial real estate market and financial concepts
Salary Range:Base salary starting from $100k plus bonus eligible

Workplace Policy:NYC, Dallas, PA, and London office-based positions: Trepp’s offices follows a 3-2 hybrid-working policy with the expectation of in-office work on Tuesday-Thursday and the option to work from home on Monday and Friday.
