Overview
The Client Partner Advertising Sales develops revenue driving opportunities and cultivates partnerships for key accounts across various verticals. This role reports directly to the VP, of Advertising Sales and is responsible for delivering revenue growth and achieving targets set while building for future business. This is a fast-paced, brand facing role that requires industry expertise and demonstrated experience leading, developing and executing innovative partnerships, and requires someone who is motivated, collaborative, a team player and can be both strategic and creative.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesDeliver short-term and long-term sales targets through new business development, pipeline creation and key account managementGuide strategic marketing conversations with clients and agencies to define objectives and provide recommendations utilizing our immersive media solutions within our partner network within metaverse gamesBuild and pitch creative growth and revenue-driving strategies to meet brands needs and inspire creativity and engagementManage existing and develop new relationships with customers and media agencies in person and virtuallyYou will call on a multitude of accounts across a variety of verticals and, develop narratives, playbooks, and create compelling sales propositions utilizing internal and external dataKeep up with social media, entertainment and gaming trends; consume content and think about how it could apply to our partnersPartner with the sales account manager to develop metrics to measure the growth and performance of accounts and provide reportsPerform other duties as assignedSupervisor Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
Education/ Years of Experience/ Certifications
Bachelor's degree in business or other relevant field preferred10+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or advertising leading key accounts or partnerships experienceExperience working in digital media or gaming platforms(or commensurate combination of experience and education)Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics (KSAO's)
Knowledge of the advertising ecosystems including social media, mobile apps, digital and brand marketingAbility to structure, negotiate, and maintain significant and complex strategic partnerships while meeting and exceeding sales goalsProven sales success in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environmentThe ability to establish professional and effective working relationships with people throughout all levels of the organizationPreferred Qualifications

The salary range for this position is $159,000 - $200,000 /Yr. Base salary may vary based on experience, role tenure, performance, industry, and location. Eligibility for annual performance incentives may apply. Jazwares is a multi-state employer, salary range may not apply to other states.
