The
Senior
Product Marketing Manager
will be responsible for advancing and strengthening the company’s brand and presence in the creative products industry.
Iron Orchid Designs (IOD), is driven by the passion of two sisters to inspire and empower people and embrace their creative identity. THE OPPORTUNITY
A fantastic opportunity for a hybrid 4-day/30-hour work week.
Reporting to IOD’s CEO, the
Senior Product Marketing Manager
will manage, develop strategies, utilize analytics, keep abreast of market trends, and manage and facilitate the overall marketing plan.
The Senior Product Marketing Manager
will be an active participant on IOD’s Core Team, act as Champion of the Marketing Department, and manage two direct reports. CAREER DETAILS
$75,000 - $85,000 based on experience30 hours minimum per week – a great work/life balance opportunityHybrid (home /office) is preferred, however, for a creative, marketing superstar with the right experience, we may consider a fully remote candidateMonday –Thursday 8:00 – 5:00 (with flexibility)Occasional overnight travel – 1-2 times/year for Staff DevelopmentSick and Holiday PayFun gatherings and team-building events
RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand Management
Develop strategies for brand equity, loyalty, and recognitionOversee social media to ensure brand consistencyUnify the visual assets of the brandContent Creation
Research, implement, and maintain social media strategies to grow online presenceDevelop new content and expand the company’s YouTube channelCreate, write, and manage the brand’s blog and newsletterKnowledgeable on Pinterest strategy, with the ability to implement a successful platform campaign.Analyze data and make recommendations to boost customer engagementMaintain and improve the use of content calendar and processesCampaign & Project Management
Lead daily, weekly, and monthly delivery of marketing outputsDetermine KPIs and submit monthly performance reportsManage marketing budget and maximize efficiencyPlan and execute brand and product campaigns (e.g., new releases, launching new product lines, etc.)Brainstorm promotional events or activitiesMarket Research
Utilize analytics to evaluate customer psychology and behaviorAssess and improve customer user experienceIdentify channels and platforms to grow customer engagementProvide VoC input on the attractiveness of company pricing and product mixKeep abreast of industry trends and brand competitorsGeneral
Lead and manage marketing team: marketing manager and content managerParticipate and attend Core Team meetingsDevelop and manage the marketing budgetUtilize AI to develop best practices in marketing effortsOversee and facilitate marketing department goalsEvaluate, recommend, and utilize relevant marketing SaaS and other technologiesQUALIFICATIONS
