Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for assigned campaigns, service categories, and industry segments.Manage and execute channel marketing across digital, traditional, and industry media relations.Oversee the development and execution of in-person and virtual marketing events.Direct the application process for all awards and industry recognitions, collaborating with industry partners, clients, and creative resources.Align efforts to performance, collaborating with our digital marketing manager.Identify and cultivate strategic marketing partnerships to expand reach and achieve marketing goals.Identify and leverage industry trends and best practices to optimize marketing strategies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, industry partners, and independent contractors to ensure alignment and support marketing goals.Qualifications:
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in B2B marketing. We will consider exceptional candidates at all levels but anticipate hiring a sr. manager.Experience in the corporate learning and development industry will be valued but is not required.Understanding of marketing analytics and ability to measure ROI.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.Experience with marketing automation and analytics tools (SalesForce, Pardot, Google Analytics, etc.) is a plus.Benefits:
