Responsibilities
The Operations and Visual Manager is also responsible for:
- Working in partnership with the General Manager on all aspects of driving the business; setting goals and priorities based on sales, performance metrics, and payroll management.
- Supporting and directing processes for inventory control, curbside orders, delivery, register and money processes, and order management.
- Leading store operations including repairs, maintenance, facilities updates, supplies, meetings, walkthroughs, cleaning, and stockroom organization.
- Leading visual merchandising efforts to ensure perfect product presentation, including merchandise processing and maintenance.
- Interpreting and directing product presentation according to Visual Sales and Buying Department directives.
- Managing the sales floor and staff, including recruiting, onboarding, training, review, and coaching.

Qualifications
What You Bring to Us:

- At least three years of leadership and coaching experience.
- Proven ability to develop team members' careers.
