Responsibilities
The Operations and Visual Manager is also responsible for:
- Partnering with the General Manager to drive the business; setting goals and priorities based on sales, custom closets performance, average ticket results, and payroll management.
- Supporting processes for inventory control, curbside orders, delivery services, register and money processes, and order management.
- Leading store operations such as repairs, maintenance, facilities updates, supplies, meetings, walkthroughs, cleaning routines, backroom setup, and stockroom organization.
- Leading visual merchandising efforts to ensure perfect product presentation, including merchandise processing, maintenance, and merchandising.
- Interpreting and directing product presentation according to Visual Sales and Buying Departments' guidance.
- Managing the sales floor and employees, including recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, training, reviews, and coaching.

Qualifications

- At least three years of leadership and coaching experience, focused on team development and goal achievement.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Understanding of retail industry dynamics, with strong time management and organizational skills.
