The Operations and Visual Manager is part of the management team along with the General Manager.

Responsibilities

• Partnering with the General Manager to drive the business, set goals, and prioritize based on sales, performance, and payroll management.
• Supporting inventory control, curbside orders, delivery, register and money processes, and order management.
• Leading store operations including repairs, maintenance, supplies, meetings, walkthroughs, cleaning, and stockroom organization.
• Leading visual merchandising to ensure perfect product presentation.
• Managing the sales floor and employee activities including recruiting, onboarding, training, and coaching.

• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
• At least three years of leadership and coaching experience.
• Proven ability to develop team members’ careers.
