We are seeking a full-time Web Specialist. This individual's role is to help maintain a best-in-class website. The position of the Web Specialist responsibilities include:
Ensure our corporate & international web sites have accurate product information, features, photos, videos, specs and moreCoordinate efforts among multiple teams to ensure the successful and timely completion of web projects while maintaining excellent customer serviceBe a subject matter expert on the functionality of Sitecore, our internal content management system (CMS), and assist in training other staff on the use of it for designated tasksBe a subject matter expert on site search and site integrations with other business systemsParticipate in user acceptance and regression testingProvide web support to internal and external customersParticipate in Agile development environment
