DescriptionAbility to take direction from the Account Manager, Creative Director, and Project manager and execute print and web designs that strongly communicate the client's brand and goals.Ability to execute designs in a timely fashion that meets the required specification for the job.Ability to carefully review work to ensure it is as accurate as possible before handing it off to the project manager for review prior to client delivery.Assure deadlines are met on all projects.Provide design and production support for existing web sites we manage along with updates.Source images in support of online creativeUnderstand the creative and marketing objectives for each project assigned.Work with the digital team to extend and optimize Web functionality, site architecture, user interface, and navigation.Produce, optimize, and output final Web-ready digital artwork in support of site updatesMaintain absolute accuracy and attention to detail throughout the creative and production processMust have A flexible approach and a willingness to accept feedback and incorporate it into their designsStrong design fundamentals (type, image, color)Knowledge of wordpress and html 5Photoshop skillsUnderstanding of email programs such as constant contact, mail chimp and omni sendWorking understanding of Web best practicesDiscerning eye for photo editing, cropping, and compositingCollaborative, inclusive and flexible team memberResourceful self-starter who gets things doneHighly organized with extreme attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills requiredUnderstand mobile first experiencesAbility to translate complex design challenges into clear, customer-friendly experiencesExperience you will need:
Graphic design or social media internship experience a plusProven talent in graphic and interactive designComplete mastery of advanced Photoshop, with strong photo compositing skillsRetail/fashion design and/or e-commerce experience a plusProficiency in web optimization. HTML/CSS knowledge a plusProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, WordPressWorking knowledge of InDesign and IllustratorWeb experience a plus but not a deal breakerBachelor's Degree preferred.
