Job DescriptionJob Description
`Duties```- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues- Perform vehicle inspections to identify necessary repairs and maintenance- Provide accurate estimates for repair costs and timeframes- Schedule appointments and coordinate with service technicians for repairs- Communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicle repairs- Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner
```Experience```- Previous experience in automotive service writing or related field preferred- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes- Familiarity with auto body repair, brake repair, shocks struts, and other mechanical knowledge- Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment- Experience with auto estimating or automotive sales is a plus- Knowledge of auto service management software is a plus
