Job Details
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Architectural Designer to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work on some of the most prestigious luxury residential architecture projects in the industry. Our firm is recognized for its commitment to design excellence, innovation, and sustainability. The successful candidate will be part of a creative team that values collaboration, personal growth, and outstanding client service.
As a Senior Architectural Designer, your responsibilities will include:
1. Leading the architectural design process from concept development through to completion on luxury residential projects.2. Collaborating with project teams to ensure design vision and client expectations are met and exceeded.3. Preparing and presenting design proposals to clients, including detailed drawings, 3D models, and visualizations.4. Coordinating with consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure the seamless execution of projects.5. Keeping up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and regulations in luxury residential architecture.6. Mentoring and providing guidance to junior team members, fostering an environment of learning and growth.7. Participating in client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating our design vision and approach.
Qualifications:
1. A professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.2. A minimum of 8+ years of experience in architecture design, preferably within high-end luxury residential.3. Proficiency in AutoCAD.4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.5. A strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.6. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising on quality.7. A passion for luxury residential architecture, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to design excellence.8. A proactive approach, with the ability to take initiative and solve problems creatively.9. Registration or licensure in Architecture is a plus.
