ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSResponsibilities include but are not limited to:Participate in the design and drawing production for projectsMake changes as necessary to any Revit or cad files as the client or PM deem necessaryEffectively demonstrate technical detailing and problem-solving on complex project typesWork in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining high quality standardsPrepare 2D and 3D architectural design drawings in all phasesPerform product research; assist project designers and project architects with materials selection and
system researchDesign new or existing building components and systems to develop or improve themPrepares presentation and design drawings and details.
SKILLS REQUIREDAbility to communicate effectively in written format, oral presentations, as well as in drawingsAbility to rework and modify designs based on comments and reviews from clientsAbility to multitask and establish prioritiesAbility to work in a multi-discipline team environmentAbility to effectively meet deadlinesProvide clients with suitable design recommendations based on factors such as budget, building site,
and recent design trendsBasic knowledge of architectural building systemsSelf-motivated and proactive personality with the ability to work collaboratively and independently as
appropriate in a studio environmentProficiency in REVIT, AutoCAD as well as the Microsoft SuiteProficiency in graphic software such as SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, Bluebeam, Photoshop, Illustrator,
and InDesign
QUALIFICATIONS5-10 years of professional Architectural Design experienceExperience in in the commercial, sports, and education market segmentsLicensure preferred but not a requirementBachelor’s degree in architecture from an accredited program (or equivalent professional experience)
